The following fell out of a box of a newly purchased recording device, not at all dissimilar in appearance to today's palm held devices.

Congratulations on your purchase of your new Portable Punishment Points e-Book Model (PPPeB) 2300! This handbook describes the features and use of your PPPeB.

The PPPeB Model 2300 incorporates the latest in wireless technology and meets all standards set forth by the FCC (Federal Communications Commission) and FDEC (Female Domination Education Commission). The Model 2300 can be configured as a 2300F or 2300M

The PPPeB Model 2300 contains the following features:

• 3" x 3" liquid crystal display 600 x 600 screen resolution for clear display of text and graphics.
• Network detection software Taps into high speed networks when available or roams via the cellular system
• GPS module Accurate to within 10 feet.
• Webcam attachment Monitor activities in real time (Compatible with most webcam systems).
• P-device USB port Capable of activating a number of e-punishment devices (not included - see our catalogue for compatible devices.)
• Anti-tamper security The unique combination of your user ID, password and electronic serial number of the device assures that unauthorized transmissions cannot occur. Additional physical protection can be enabled to detect estrogen or testosterone levels in a saliva sample and set the appropriate level of access.
• Physical Dimensions A sleek 4.5" x 3.0" x 0.75" -fits into a woman's purse or man's shirt pocket easily.

Getting Started:

All you need to do is register!

• Turn on the PPPeB 2300
  • Select Account Management
  • Log in with your UID (Universal Identification). The system will automatically respond with access authorization for recognized registered females.
  • Select "F" if the unit is to be used by a female, or "M" for units issued to males.
  • Note: if "M" is selected, enter in the male UID. No more configuration is necessary.
  • If "F" is selected, all males registered to you in the FDEC database will automatically be under the unrestricted control of your unit. You may grant privileges to other females by configuring your preferences (see below).

Preferences:

The Model 2300 allows you to set punishment levels to be used with the various plug in accessories that can attach to a male's unit. As the owner you have unrestricted privileges and can change them at any time.

You can authorize other females to punish your male at whatever level you choose by assigning both females and males to groups. For example, your husband's coworkers might be allowed to punish him at one level, and your friends at another. If you have a son, you may grant different levels of punishment to his teachers, baby sitters and girlfriends.

All females have the potential to punish any of your males. However, by default, the punishment mode for public access is off, meaning that the functions other females are restricted to are to ID your males and make entries into their records. You can set public punishment access on a male-by-male basis.

Setting preferences: If you have not already set up your preferences with the FDEC server, you should do so now. Otherwise you may skip this step. Preferences may be set from any computer connected to the FDEC network.

• Owner: As the owner you have unrestricted access to all functions by default. You can restrict your access to prevent accidental over punishment.
• Group:
  • Establish a group name.
  • Set punishment severity levels for this group.
  • Add members to the group by entering in their UIDs.
  • Add males that may be punished by this group by entering their UIDs.
• Public: Set public punishment access.
  • By default, no punishment is assigned. Any female accessing the male account will only be able to make log entries.
  • You can change the punishment severity level for public.
  • Any female other than owner or a member of a group will have public access to all males under your control.
  • Setting up male levels
    • For each male set the public punishment level by entering UID and punishment severity for each of the plug in devices.

So much for administration. You are now ready to have FUN!

Getting the most out of your PPPeB

Males have very little control over their PPPeBs. They can make entries on their own to record transgressions. They may communicate with their owners (and if set up to do so with group or public members), and they may operate the web cam or other devices when authorized to do so by a properly empowered female.

A day in the life of a PPPeB family might go something like this:

Paul gets up at 5:30 AM to make breakfast for his mistress, Keri. He makes an entry into his PPPeB, "Awoke with morning erection. Took cold shower and shaved to make myself presentable for mistress."

He proceeds to the kitchen where he starts the coffee and then steps out into the driveway to get the paper. His neighbor, the Widow Johnson is out getting her paper too. Paul does not run over to fetch her paper and bring it to her. She is in his mistress' "Neighbor" group, so she is allowed to give him a mild shock with the TENS unit. She also "pings" his PPPeB and makes a note of this transgression.

Coming back into the house, Paul nearly collides with his 10-year-old daughter, Becky. Being in a very restrictive group because of her age, all she can do is record the incident. Her 15-year-old sister, Janice has more privileges over their 12-year-old brother. This comes in handy when she has to watch him after school.

Paul gets breakfast ready for all and gets the girls off to school as he and his son wash the dishes. Keri gives him a peck on the cheek on the way out the door and announces, "All your chores are on the P unit. You too, Timmy!"

"Better hurry, Timmy or we'll be late." Paul drives his son to school because Timmy has to help out cleaning the girls' rooms and perform general cleanup before school.

As Paul drops Timmy off to school, he notices that one of the girls suddenly looks up from her purse and goes over to Timmy and hands him her pile of books. She apparently has her PPPeB set to announce Timmy's arrival.

Paul drives to the supermarket to pick up some items for the night's dinner. While reading the ingredients on a package, he blocks the aisle with his cart. The woman whose way he is blocking uses the GPS function to identify the male 15 feet in front of her. She transmits a complaint and it is entered into Paul's record on the server. Paul is not aware that he has had his transgression recorded.

Since the woman is not in any of the groups Keri has set up for Paul, all she has is public access limiting her to identifying him and recording his activity. However, that is not the case for Timmy whose teacher caught him talking in class. At the first offense, she gave him a gentle "buzz" with the vibrator. On his second offense he received a mild shock.

At one of the breaks, a prefect asks to see his "PP." Timmy knows that he has to hand it over to her or face severe punishment. The prefect takes a look at the log and reads off the punishments Timmy received over the weekend to her giggling friends.

Meanwhile back at the office, Keri logs into her computer and sends an interrogation to find the location of her two males. She gets real time positioning using the GPS. Then she reads the list of transgressions to see how her "boys" are behaving this morning. "Oh!" she thought, "That's interesting. Paul has an entry made by a police officer about aggressive driving!"

"What's the problem?" a voice from her door asks. "Oh, it's just my hubby, Paula. He's getting a little testy lately." Paula laughed, "Well, you know the cure for that."

Keri laughed back, "I guess you're right. I'll have to let him out and allow him some 'exercise.' I can spank some sense into him when I get home."

Keri buzzes Paul and tells him to go to the Mall and jerk off in the men's room. Paul knows what to do. He gets in the stall, strips down, and activates the webcam. Then he buzzes Keri to tell her that he's ready. She sends the signal that unlocks his chastity device and watches as he removes it and then masturbates for her. Paul knows that at least one of her groups is allowed to watch webcam performances and wonders if Keri's boss might be watching him at this very moment. He certainly wouldn't want to disappoint her!

And so the day goes on with Paul and Timmy accumulating misdemeanors on their records. That night after dinner, and the boys cleaning up after dinner, is confession time. Paul and Timmy kneel in the living room in front of the couch. In front of the males sit Keri, Janice and Becky. Behind them on the display of the wide screen TV is a list of the day's transactions: all duly noted with date and time stamp and the name and UID of the person making the complaint.

Timmy's record indicated three instances where he farted in class. Further investigation revealed that it was obviously only one incident as evidenced by the date and time stamps as well as the content of the reports themselves. This entry led to a philosophical debate among the females.

Keri was all for leniency, "Well, this is obviously the same event, so he should only be punished once for it."

Janice put in, "But mom, he offended three girls. I think he should have triple the punishment."

Becky, always eager for blood, sided with her older sister.

And so the debate went on. In the end the boys were punished, and the punishment was recorded on their PPPeB.
